One of the most visually exciting buildings I have been able to experience in a long time. Great interior with lots of antique furniture and decorative items

"Four star hotel" but why ?? Nothing special, just old. Visually and from the smell unfortunately also 😫 staff overwhelmed and not particularly friendly, also inattentive about orders in the restaurant.

We were very satisfied with accommodation and breakfast. Friendly staff, would book the hotel, if necessary, again.

A very nice house, historically. But unfortunately the stairs are just as historic, crooked and sloping. There is an elevator, but still, the stairs should be revised. Otherwise very nice, delicious food and very new staff

Superrrr !! Been to this hotel many times! Nice rooms. Calm environment. Good parking. And breakfast is really super! Everything very neat. Friendly staff. Please come there! Alone or with family; Always good! In Xanten there is much to see in the area. Always wonderful to return to this hotel after an impressive day.

We were with 4 adults and three children (18 months, 5 and 8) in the restaurant of the Hotel van Bebber breakfast. We felt very welcome! The breakfast had a good to very good selection and made for satisfied faces and full stomachs. The kids ate for a fair price. I would personally criticize the Ambiente, is however a matter of taste. It was too dark and warm for me personally. Another criticism is the calculation of tea and orange juice. I have actually rarely experienced that .. Nevertheless, in the whole commendable!

The breakfast is really good. Otherwise, you can stay here well.

Never heard about the fact that tourist tax had to paid cash! They do not accept tourist tax payments by card. As we were travelling only by using bankcard it is very disturbing, that we have to find cash during more than half an hour. Rooms are old fashioned, the beds poor. Pillow is nothing more than rubbiish filled with feathers. Could not sleep because of ugly bedconditions. Not recommendable!

Very rich breakfast buffet that leaves nothing to be desired. Spacious and clean rooms that are a bit old. But it must be like that in this hotel.

Went there today with a group of 50 women and ate for a small ticket. So far ok, but long waiting despite reservation. Staff was eager, but reserved. An operation more would have been better. Schnitzel with chips could at least have been served with a salad garnish or red / white. Unfortunately Majo only on request. Dry matter. Very good was the vegetable pan and the salad.

Very nice hotel. Class service. Beautiful room. Good breakfast. Centrally located. Unfortunately, the hotel's parking is a bit small. You should not arrive too late, otherwise you have to feed outside the parking meter.

I stayed 1 night, Sat/Sun for a sports event in town. This easily could have been a five star review if it was not for the bed. But first the good news: the place is cozy and retro in a very good way. It is a private hotel with a great restaurant and a cellar that works like a bar/club. The staff was very friendly, the room was spacious and bright. And the breakfast was rich and delicious. Just the bed... also retro but in the not so good way. Guys! Time to buy new mattresses :)

We rented there at short notice for a night ... called in the morning ... the front desk was very friendly !!! When we arrived at noon there was no check-in time, but it was immediately checked whether the room is already finished and that's it. Since we wanted to Siegfriedspektakel we had to move namely still. The room was very clean and spacious the furniture is fitting in the style of van Bebber rustic and turned. The breakfast buffet has a free choice of seats on the other a very rich buffet. We barely sat at the table and were asked if we wanted coffee. The buffet was always refilled you can from 7:30 to 11 clock breakfast. The staff in the morning was very friendly. We can definitely recommend this hotel. For the journey one can drive to the west wall 106 and there in the yard. There is a restaurant and a very nice cellar bar DeKelder. We visited them two years ago with our bowling club and ate there, we thought it was great. In addition, you can also sit in front of the hotel ... drink and eat :-) From us so five stars :-)

No overnight stay, just for lunch. Hearty home cooking, normal prices for the xantener city center. The service was good.

Nice place to relax. Super friendly staff and the room is clean. Good and rich breakfast and nice cellar to have a drink in the evening. Restaurant is great have a good dinner recommended.
